Flourish.”), together with all associated logos, names, slogans, mottos, wordmarks, origin stories, designs, graphics, website templates, digital products, software, platform content, AI tools and assistants, chatbot interfaces, mascots, and ZU2B Kids characters, are trademarks, service marks, copyrighted works, and other intellectual property of PillarCopia Operating LLC and are protected by applicable trademark, copyright, and intellectual property laws.
No portion of these materials may be used, reproduced, distributed, modified, displayed, republished, resold, or otherwise exploited without prior written permission.

The marks below are owned by PillarCopia Operating LLC and protected under common law trademark rights arising from continuous use in commerce. USPTO registration is planned. Unauthorized use in connection with competing or confusingly similar goods and services is prohibited.

More than a logo.
Intellectual property is broader than most people think. The following are all proprietary assets of PillarCopia Operating LLC:
Wordmark & Icons
The ZU2B wordmark in all versions, the neon “2” app icon / favicon, the ZU2B Pulse product icon, and the Batu icon mark — including their specific letterform design, proportions, and color treatments.
Sonic Signature
The ZU2B three-tone chord — A4 root, Eb5 shimmer, A3 sub-harmonic — synthesized in Web Audio API. The specific timing, envelope, and voicing are a proprietary audio mark.
ZU2B Mascot
The ZU2B alien character and all associated visual depictions. The character’s design, personality, and rendering are original proprietary work.
Pulse Interface
The ZU2B Pulse grading interface — the letter-grade system, twelve-metric structure, nine health categories, and report layout — is proprietary.
Brand Copy & Content
All original written content, taglines, mottos, and editorial copy published under ZU2B and PillarCopia — including social content, blog posts, and product descriptions.
Site & Infrastructure
Website design, layout, and user interface elements at ZU2B.com and associated subdomains. Domain names and digital identifiers.
What’s allowed. What isn’t.
These rules apply to everyone — partners, press, competitors, and casual visitors alike.
- Editorial coverage of ZU2B or PillarCopia may use the official wordmark for illustration. Press use does not imply endorsement. Contact us to request high-resolution assets.
- Linking to ZU2B.com, pulse.zu2b.com, or any ZU2B property is permitted and encouraged.
- Quoting published ZU2B content for editorial, educational, or commentary purposes is permitted with attribution and a link to the original source.
- Using “ZU2B”, “PillarCopia”, or “ZU2B Pulse” in a business name, product name, domain, or social handle without written permission.
- Creating derivative works from any ZU2B visual asset — modified colorways, AI-generated variations, or recreations in other design tools.
- Using ZU2B or PillarCopia marks in advertising or promotional material in a way that implies endorsement or affiliation.
- Reproducing the ZU2B sonic signature in other products, content, or brand identities in any form.
- Framing, mirroring, or scraping any ZU2B or PillarCopia web property without permission.
Who owns this.
All intellectual property described on this page is owned by PillarCopia Operating LLC. ZU2B.com is operated by PillarCopia Operating LLC under that ownership.
This page constitutes a public notice of intellectual property rights. It is effective upon publication and supersedes any prior IP notice appearing on ZU2B.com or any associated subdomain.
