Saturdays hit differently when you run a business.
During the week you’re reacting — putting out fires, answering emails, keeping everything moving. When Saturday arrives, the noise slows down. And what you do with that quiet says a lot.
The most sustainable business owners tend to fall into one of two camps:
The Rester — Stepping away from the laptop isn’t lazy. It’s risk management. Choosing to close the tabs and actually enjoy your Saturday sends a signal to your brain: this business is built to support my life, not consume it. You come back Monday sharper, cleaner, and faster.
